Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the degreaser does not deliver the results described on the Information or Photos pages after 90 days of starting the degreasing process, please contact us. Photos or other supporting evidence may be requested to assess the issue.

Bare Bones Solutions reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases where circumstances appear suspicious, inconsistent, or where sufficient evidence is not provided. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
