All shipping includes tracking and typically arrives in 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
I can typically get orders out within 24 hours. Everything is shipped from Calgary, Alberta.
Local Pick Up in Calgary and Edmonton
I offer Free Local Pick-up in Calgary and Edmonton.
On the check-out page under Delivery Options you will see "Local Pick-up" as an option. Once you place your order, I will contact you to arrange a pick up date, time, and location in the Calgary or Edmonton area that works for both of us.
Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If the degreaser doesn't give you the results that we explain on the Information page or display on the Photos page over 90 days after you start degreasing your animal bones, please contact us. We may request photos or other evidence to help us understand the issue.
Bare Bones Solutions reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases where circumstances appear suspicious, inconsistent, or where sufficient evidence is not provided. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
